Arnel & Affiliates, a privately owned diversified real estate and investment company is looking for a Claims Specialist to join our team onsite in Costa Mesa. If you have 2+ years experience managing worker’s compensation claims, property and liability claims we want to speak to you!

Job Responsibilities:

Claims Specialist will be responsible for:

· Responding to and coordinating worker’s compensation claims

· Report all property and liability claims for several divisions

· Work closely with adjusters and brokers to monitor each claim through completion

· Maintain OSHA documentation

· Administer safety programs and coordinate annual property inspections with lenders

· Respond to EDD claims in a timely manner

· Responsible for updating monthly reports to all divisions

· Collaborate with management and HR Team on all claims

· Other projects or duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years managing worker’s compensation claims, property and liability claims

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Proven ability to prioritize workload and multi-task

· Proven ability to manage confidential information

· College degree required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
