The Clean-In-Place (CIP) Technician works in a food manufacturing environment and is responsible for producing a quality product while completing all assigned sanitation duties. The technician runs, cleans and maintains assigned equipment while following all GMP, HACCP, safety and all other regulatory and plant policies and procedures.

The CIP Technician strives to achieve operations excellence and production goals, effectively communications an deficiencies within assigned work areas, promotes safety, maintains a sanitary food environment and improves product quality. Salary is base pay, there is overtime with this job.

Drivers License and Reliable Transportation are a must!

Position Hours: M-F (possible Saturdays) 9- finish (expect 10 hour days)

Responsibilities:

• Ensures fluid product is properly stored and transported to the bottling floor.
• Connects pipe networks to clean product tanks and product pipelines.
• Ensures cleaning solutions are within specification.
• Prepares milk for buttermilk culture and monitors buttermilk production.
• Completes paperwork accurately
• Reports safety and maintenance issues
• Follows GMP, HACCP, and all other safety procedures
