Position Summary:

• Utilizes a developing to full understanding of operational processes and procedures to perform an assortment of assembly activities of the Company’s products into complete packages of moderate scope.
• Follows methods, and sequence of operations according to specifications, blue prints and bills of materials. Ensures quality and product conformance. Sets up assembly for production.
• Performs various tasks which may include but is not limited to: generating and affixing labels, cleaning/dusting products, boxing and packaging, sterilizing product, using heat sealing machines and materials, lifting and fitting.
• Verifies and maintains quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers and cycle counts. Completes order transaction billing for daily posting of sales.
• Completes documentation and records as needed.
• Performs daily reporting as needed.
• Performs maintenance responsibilities as needed and keeps surrounding area clean, safe and organized.
• Develops and recommends new methods to improve processes.
• Follows and complies with Company policies, standards and practices.
• May be assigned to specialized packaging such as working in a clean room environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ Yrs Exp

Essential Requirements:

• Must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, twist and lift overhead.
• Must be able to pack & unpack boxes.
• Must possess professional ethics and demeanor
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Must be able to communicate in English clearly and fluently, in both written and verbal skills
