Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The Cleaner is responsible for custodial duties and minor repairs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs cleaning and janitorial duties of common areas and apartments after move out. Limited grounds maintenance and minor repair work.
- Keeps property grounds free of litter.
- Report needs for major repairs to Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assists in control of sanitation.
- Assists in checking property for safety hazards and reports any deficiency.
- Perform other duties as needed or requested by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all Fair Housing guidelines.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
- Some custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to assist in keeping the property clean and orderly.
