We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaning specialist for a route in Apopka, Florida. The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning assigned facilities by following all safety and cleaning procedures. Compensation, based on experience:

-One person ranges from $2,112 - $2,464 per month.

-Two-person team ranges between $1,480 - $1,725 per person.

Job Skills:

• Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner is strongly preferred
• Ability to safely use basic cleaning equipment
• Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting and moving chairs, repetitive bending/lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
• Ability to read and comprehend chemical labels and written/verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate via telephone and email with Total Concord's office staff
• Adhere to Total Concord's dress code and appearance by wearing the provided company uniform

*Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide a valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card if considered for the position

*Must be able to pass background check as required
