Job description
Clerk 3 - 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm with OT Hours
- Provide product and service information, answer questions, and prepare requests for existing and potential customers.
- Provide customer service with assistance in daily tasks such as order entry and phone/email requests.
- Open and maintain sample records including maintaining an accurate inventory as well as shipping records.
- Assist the sales manager, sales reps, and customer service with samples, marketing sales materials, and customer mailings.
- Replenish sample room stock as needed.
- Prepare accurate and complete trade show/sample requests and ensures timely delivery of those requests.
- Act as liaison between the customer and other teams.
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills
Required Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Ability to safely operate a cherry picker is required. Onsite training.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize based upon business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
