Description & Job Responsibilities:
  • Possess a currently active book of wireless network engineering services business with top US clients.
  • Understand Business Development Team requirements and design an RF Engineering Services solution as per the customer needs.
  • Demonstrate and explain services scope and company’s capabilities to the customer.
  • Estimate the cost and resources required for any specific solution.
  • General solution includes project processes, expected timeline, estimated budget, technology used, resource structure, tools used, plan of action and responsibility matrix.
  • Thorough understanding of company’s services portfolio including but not limited to RF Design & Optimization, In Building Solutions, Performance Benchmarking, Network Audit, Data Collection Services, Public Safety Testing, Installation, Integration & Commissioning services, OSP Engineering services and Customer Experience Management (CEM) Services.
  • Create project budgets and cash flow analysis for projects with high sales opportunities.
  • Search, contact and negotiate with existing and new vendors as and when required. Assist company with partnership opportunities wherever feasible.
  • On-going strategy planning for customer trends & forecasts planning with market insight.
  • Generate reports and presentations with progress updates for executive reporting purposes.
  • Proficient in using Quickbase, Edraw Max, Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio.
  • Perform competitive analysis and analyze company’s position in market place. Suggest recommendations for new opportunities, pricing products & services, talent acquisition and any damage control.
  • Constantly review company’s products and service’s offerings, and recommend updates in company strategy meetings to keep in pace with industry advancements.
  • Identify consumer behavior & transform consumer behavior into valuable information and potential revenue opportunities.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
  • Willing to travel and relocate for work purposes.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in telecom/ wireless industry is preferred.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/ Wireless/ Communication Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in account management, pricing product & services, and MBA is preferred.
  • Complete understanding and awareness of industry wireless RF engineering tools including but not limited to: Atoll, Mentum Planet, Actix Analyzer, Windcatcher, Map Info, Microsoft Streets & Trips, TEMS Investigation, NEMO Outdoor, Swissqual Diversity etc.
  • Understanding of different RAN technologies including but not limited to 5G NR/ VoLTE/ LTE/ UMTS/ CDMA/ EDGE/ EvDO/ GSM/ Wi-Max etc.
  • Experience in customer contract negotiations and RFx responses.
  • Good understanding of various customer networks across the globe including US tier 1 operators.
  • Excellent written, communication and management skills.
  • Hindi language mastery is required for the position.
