We are a busy Med Spa seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to work 10am-6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and 11am-7pm on Thursday. This position makes the first and the last impression on our clients and it is essential that the candidate is friendly, professional, well-spoken, and able to multi-task. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a welcoming, positive personality. Our ideal candidate would have experience in the aesthetics industry and be able to speak about the varying procedures and products we provide. Familiarity with electronic medical records and HIPAA compliance regulations is a plus.

There is the potential to pick up additional shifts on Saturdays 9:45am-2 and Mondays 9am-2pm and to fill in for other staff on other days.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Greeting patients and checking them in/out.
• · Answering incoming calls, text messages, and emails.
• · Scheduling patients for procedures.
• · Maintaining positive relationships with co-workers in the facility.
• · Upholding the high standards of our medical spa.
• · Multitasking at office roles as well as receptionist duties and customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the aesthetics industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
