HealthStar Home Health/Circle of Life Home Care is looking to hire a full-time Community Liaison to join our rapidly growing Casa Grande, AZ office with previous client coordinator or case management skills. What your day will look like:

• Meet with clients in their homes to process onboarding paperwork
• Provide monthly in home supervision visits to assess the client's care
• Track and follow up on new or expiring service authorizations
• Interview and hire new staff
• Verify caregiver hours
• Respond promptly to client and caregiver concerns

What you'll need to succeed:

• Able to work in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged
• Good decision making skills
• Resourcefulness

• Be a team player
• Great customer service skills
• Prior homecare or CNA experience a plus
