Role Summary

We are conducting a search for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and relational Client Engagement Manager for primary US clients in the Retail and Consumer Brands vertical. This involves leading client engagements and strategy primarily in the areas of Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Content, CRM campaigns, and Product Data management.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Engagement Manager will manage the key relationship for primary US clients in B2B/MRO vertical. This involves leading client engagements and strategy primarily in the areas of Product Data Management, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Content, SEO, Site Search, and CRM campaigns.

  • Support the eClerx business development, execution, and senior management globally to anticipate and identify new opportunities and service areas
  • Develop and maintain active relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement portfolio
  • Closely work with the offshore operations team to manage issues/risks and delivery excellence
  • Responsible for portfolio revenue targets and growth through developing new relationships, as well as identifying new opportunities to match service capabilities with client needs
  • Work closely with product leads to identify opportunities in the accounts and pursue the same for closure
  • Manage project proposals, timelines, and deliverables for engagements from proposal through implementation in conjunction with the services team

Eligibility Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or B2B/MRO vertical is preferred
  • Substantial experience in client management and engagements, selling services & products, account management, consulting services delivery, business intelligence, data warehousing, or similar business areas
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills - the ability to network and earn client confidence and trust
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable. Must enjoy constantly learning and taking new challenges
  • Strong domain knowledge of areas such as Product Data Management, CRO, Digital marketing, business insights/business intelligence, including business performance reporting, predictive analytics, web analytics platforms, CRM platforms, channel and vendor analysis, forecasting, data warehousing, data marts, data mining, competitive pricing, and analysis, etc.
  • Preferred: Strong skills and experiences in B2B/MRO space with Product Data Management, Analytics Pricing, or Marketing
  • Applicants must have the right work in the US
