This position will support a new Client Insights platform being developed on Microsoft Azure and Power Apps environment. As a data leader, your expertise with managing customer and sales data: including identifying key data attributes, data mapping, data conformance, rules/triggers, AI/ML Models, and root cause analysis. These functions will be critical in supporting the Product Managers as the platform is developed and the Sales community as they are onboarded. Data from multiple internal and external sources will drive dimensional Customer Health Scores, customer intent, NBAs, sales collaboration, and timely client engagements for Commercial Banking RMs, BDO's and GTM Sales teams. The position will work with Business users and technology in supporting strategy, managing business data, insights, data integrity, and root cause analysis.

In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
- Design and conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
- Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
- Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution
- 7+ years of Data Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SQL and/or Teradata querying skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships with a broad-base network of employees across different Lines of Business
- Strong root cause analysis experience, from finding the cause to working with teams to fix the issues
- Strong presentation, problem solving, communication, and analytical skills required
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking data assets
- Understanding sales process: lead identification, market research, pitch, follow-up
- Understanding of the Commercial Banking customer master and its hierarchies
- Understanding and usage of Microsoft Azure and Power BI apps
