The Client Integration Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful onboarding or transition of Jet Aviation customers. He/she is responsible for onboarding new customers at Jet Aviation by working closely with clients and internal teams, following established processes for peak efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position will primarily provide support by overseeing new client contracts and subscriptions enrollment, certificate and registration changes processes, and other supporting activities assigned by the Client Integration Project Manager(s). The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $45,982 – $ 63,226. Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer relations experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Moderate availability (approx. 10%-25%) to travel for company meetings, industry events, and client visits
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Solid experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data for process improvement

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support initial client integration or transition to/from Jet Aviation systems, processes, and teams, specifically contracts and subscriptions enrollment/transfers when maintenance personnel are not (yet) in place
  • Serve as the initial liaison with clients requiring certificate or registration change processes, and associated personnel to connect to and understand Jet Aviation processes, teams, and responsibilities
  • Monitor and follow up on transitioning client accounts with relevant client integration teams including contracts, staffing, client services, conformity, charter, flight scheduling, operations, and other shared services departments
  • Maintain internal checklists and assignments, as defined by client/project parameters in relevant systems (QuickBase, Avianis, Teams etc.)
  • Resolve customer and vendor inquiries or complaints fairly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams as needed
  • Launch and maintain aircraft and client transition project activities, connecting client requirements and Jet Aviation protocols
  • Revise onboarding activities checklists as needed
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from four-year College or University
  • Four to six years of relevant work experience
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Aviation experience highly preferred.
  • Customer service focused
  • Experience with and application of project management skills preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service and people skills
  • Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Strong initiative and self-direction.
