Responsibilities
- Leading, developing, and managing strong partnerships and relationships with client, client contacts, client vendors and ThriveWell Tech service delivery teams.
- Expanding TWT services and growing revenues with client accounts.
- Assisting the ThriveWell Tech leadership team to develop and execute strategic, tactical, and operational goals of the client (s).
- Managing the preparation of solid presentations and proposals to client(s).
- Negotiating the allocation of ThriveWell Tech service delivery resources to meet client(s) goals and expectations.
- Controls project cost, conserves resource, eliminates waste and works efficiently.
- Defines and communicates project milestones, service level agreements and resource allocation to executive team, department leads, support staff and end users.
Requirements
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) – working knowledge of Desktop Support Services, Business Systems Support and Infrastructure Support with a background in managing technology
- Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, fast and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, planning, leadership and time management skills
- Experience developing, managing, and leading a team of individuals
- Proven client facing and strong relationship building experience required
- Experience developing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses a plus
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
