Client Relationship Manager

Department: Healthcare Support
Reports To: Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:

With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Client Relationship Manager will achieve sales budget in a defined client base by focusing on strategies for account retention and expansion. Strives for continuous growth in the market through partnerships with clients and providers within the industry using short- and long-term business planning skills focused on workforce strategies and solutions

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Generate sales opportunities
  • Schedule and run meetings with current clients
  • Collaborate with all other departments to effectively achieve business goals
  • Understand client needs by researching and gathering information needed to determine skill level of caregivers
  • Understand usage and trends of client
  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move throughout office environment.
  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.
  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
