Come join TCM Bank’s Client Relations Team and support our clients fulfilling requests for information, as well as problem resolution within the community bank and credit card space. We are looking for an individual who enjoys promoting products and services, ensuring client satisfaction, and looking for ways to encourage growth and engagement. This is a remote opportunity!

Summary

Representative will work with client banks, internal staff, and various business partners to bring resolution to bank issues; support portfolio growth; and market payment products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming communications (calls/e-mails) from client banks and business partners using appropriate resources to respond in a timely manner, focusing on one-call resolution.
  • Authority to handle escalated issues on behalf of agent banks.
  • Promote and support portfolio growth either directly with the client or through supporting the Relationship Management Team.
  • Knowledgeable in all products and services provided in order to conduct client training and demonstrations.
  • Proactively follow up with clients regarding marketing opportunities.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of related experience in a customer service capacity, preferably within the payments or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; database knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong, proactive work ethic.
  • Willingness to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult or competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team and individually.
  • Ability to manage multiple databases.
