Overview

As a Client Relationship Associate you will embrace technology, enjoy a collaborative environment, and hold in high regard serving clients in a fiduciary capacity. You will work in our business development department with experienced professionals, working daily with clients and prospective clients. This opportunity will allow you to develop and gain access to outstanding market and growth opportunities while adding stability and capacity to the overall business operation.

Responsibilities:

• You will be the first point of contact for all prospective clients
• Respond to prospects as needed, in a timely manner, and track communication
• Manage multiple reports via Salesforce
• Calling and emailing prospects
• Coordinate Zoom appointments with our financial advisors
• Run DRIP campaigns with prospects
• Other responsibilities as needed
• Coordinate client events, ie: Golf Tournaments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail, and exceptional follow through
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player
• The ability to think clearly, communicate succinctly, and write well
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
