As a Client Relationship Specialist you will be providing administrative support to the Wealth Management advisors. You will contribute to the overall success of the team through ongoing communication, excellent client service and outstanding operational support.
What you will do:

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with clients and advisors.
• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information, and preparation and processing of forms and correspondence.
• Provide quick and accurate answers to operational questions from advisors and clients, including handling communications with our service providers.
• Perform administrative duties that support Wealth Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to: scheduling client meetings, preparing reports for client meetings.
• Participate in and contribute to bi- weekly Client Service meetings and other committee meetings, as assigned.
