Client Retention Manager/ Staffing Coordinator (Part Time)

This is a Part-Time to Full time position and we are looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate person to join our growing team. Someone with experience in management and staffing.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Receive concerns or complaints from caregivers and clients and try to coordinate resolution.
- Staff immediate shifts and ongoing steady shifts
- Coordinate between clients and caregivers timing for shifts and availability
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting when applicable.
- Help manage the day-to-day activity of the office to keep everything running smoothly (including managing the caregivers and schedules).
- Regularly check in with each client to see how care is being provided.
- Ensuring everyone is at their schedule at clock in time and following up when they are not
- Documenting all communication in our System
- Other projects as necessary
Pay:
Pay commensurate with experience
Some required skills, education, and experience
· Excellent administrative skills and great attention to detail.
· Great people and communication skills
· Some HR/ Admin experience required
· Willing to learn and always have a smile!
· BA preferred but not required
· Experience in Home Care a huge plus
