Job Description:
The Account Manager is the face and intermediary between our clients and Cochrane Ventilation LLC. The goal of this role is to maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current and prospective clients, and help our clients better understand the value of our services. The Account Manager will quote new work and effectively bring new clients on board. They will also be responsible for working with coworkers to improve customer support and enhance customer satisfaction. This position will be approximately 80% client services and 20% news sales, but may vary.

This position can be a hybrid work model.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Drug test upon hire.
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
  • Proficient with modern smartphones and tablets.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, or willing to become vaccinated.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, build and maintain positive long-term relationships with key clients and personnel within customer companies.
  • Perform onsite visits to current and potential clients.
  • Ensure the highest quality service to our clients.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern raised by clients.
  • Work with clients to resolve cases within a timely manner to maximize satisfaction.
  • Quote and sell services to prospective and existing clients.
  • On new jobs it is the responsibility of the Account Manager to set up and organize the job for all parties.
  • Effectively onboard new clients and service locations.
  • Analyze territory and reach out through business development.
  • On call for approximately five weekends a year.
  • Acquire state and Boston kitchen exhaust licenses within 12 months of employment and maintain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
