The Client Service Associate is responsible for helping to build long term relationships with INDG customers through both proactive outreach and responding to incoming inquiries, ensuring that our clients rely on our products and services. These individuals are responsible for account coverage for our smaller accounts, will make proactive calls to establish training needs, lead customer trainings and act as a first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders as part of the Support team. The ideal candidate should have a desire to build a career in a client facing role, with the goal of progressing through a Client Service Partner career path in the future.
Special Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coverage of INDG’s smaller accounts, calling at critical milestones throughout year to identify and address any client needs, provide training and secure renewals.
- Leads weekly group trainings for our customers as part of our automated service model.
- Calls At-Risk users to offer and schedule trainings on behalf of the Client Service Partner.
- Records details of outreach in Salesforce/CRM (e.g. call notes).
- Performs account maintenance, conducting research into accounts to ensure contact information is complete and up to date (i.e., researches contacts on LinkedIn, makes updates in Salesforce).
- Deliver exceptional customer support to our clients by providing fast and accurate assistance to incoming questions related to either their account or the product.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales and INDG operational departments when addressing customer requests.
- Document customer interactions and actions taken into Salesforce to ensure each case record is fully updated.
- Leverages relationships with peers to identify and assume best practices.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills.
- Ability to be persistent when contacting potential clients which includes being comfortable with rejection.
- A passion for client relationship management and the ability to build a strong internal network.
- Problem solving: Able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, take initiative and follow through with requests.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be a good listener.
- Must be proficient with Salesforce/CRM.
- Marketing and social media skills preferred.
- Interest in technology helpful.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework.
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a role with cold calling, outbound customer contact, lead generation or qualifying prospects a plus.
- At least 1+ years’ experience within a quota-driven environment a plus.
