The Independent Home Care Alliance (IHCA) was created to meet the growing needs and pain points of independent home care agency owners across the nation. IHCA provides back office support for independent home care owners in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, human resources, payroll, marketing, and accounting.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will simultaneously be an agency representative, task manager and coach. They are the primary point of contact for our clients, handling all day-to-day interactions, as well as managing the tasks needed to foster client success in the areas of recruiting, hiring, human resources, and payroll. They work directly with the human resources, finance and billing, care management, marketing, communications and business development teams to make sure that Powered Partners receive exceptional results.Create and maintain positive professional relationships with all clients

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Other duties as assigned as needed

Location and Work Environment

Our corporate office is located in Brentwood, TN but we offer fully remote options for candidates out of state, as well as in office and a flexible work from home option if you live within the Nashville, TN area. All interested candidates should apply regardless of home location!

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role
  • Strong computer skills
  • Willingness to complete the company provided customer success manager training
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Patient and active listener
  • Passion for service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of the hours of assigned partners
