Job Description:
Our clinic locations range from as far north as Mount Vernon, WA and as far south as Olympia, WA.
This position is part time
- Review and ensure files are ready for clinic day.
- Print and prepare all necessary documents, 5th or 6theditions, doctors internal paperwork.
- Clean clinic, wipe down everything etc. Vacuum and clean as needed. Clean bathrooms.
- Take inventory, order as needed.
- Greet claimants and review intake paperwork and ensure it is complete. Upload into Unity. Update Unity with times and notes throughout the day.
- Room claimants when providers are ready.
- Order providers lunches.
- Sanitize and clean exam rooms and common areas between claimants.
- Scan completed clinic forms and upload into Unity.
- Listen to all dictation to ensure all parts are dictated. Upload into Unity and match.
- Send all necessary Correspondence to internal staff, clients and doctors. Check emails and respond as need.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, this role requires that you attend appointments in healthcare facilities that have COVID-19 vaccine mandates in place. Please note that fully vaccinated means 14 days have passed since receiving: the second dose of the Moderna/Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
