What do we do?

Our clinical multidisciplinary approach to care delivers the correct intervention to each and every patient; each and every time through various pain management procedures including injections, open surgical cases with general anesthesia, physical therapy, and psychological services. Our Providers focus on helping individuals improve functionality to restore a more meaningful lifestyle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Communicates the needs of clinic and staff to appropriate senior management.
  • Maintains, optimizes, and reviews clinic schedules for providers at their location to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Addresses employee/staff related issues in a profession manner.
  • Manages staff schedules and time off requests to insure adequate coverage.
  • Interview and select candidates for position openings on the team.
  • Reviews the batch balancing of front desk monies each day and assures the deposits are delivered to the bank timely.
  • Addresses any patient concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manages the overall process of discharging patients from the practice for their location.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in Healthcare administration in a large medical office required.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
