Supervises and coordinates various clinical and administrative activities. Participates in projects that Leadership has approved and EPIC staff training and support. Collaborates with the Practice Administrator to identify clinical staff performance issues and work to develop action plans and audits as needed. Works with the Practice Administrator to determine audits and action plans for administrative staff as needed. Works to onboard any new physicians and arrange for credentialing, resources and tools necessary to support their work environment. Talent pool: Leadership, Administrative & Clerical
Responsibilities:
Adapts to changing environment and engages in flexible problem solving behavior and conflict resolution and supports a team environment with Practice Administrator and Director

Assists in training and mentoring staff as necessary and coordinates coverage in the absence of the Practice Administrator. Provides input on evaluations as necessary.

Attends/conducts required meetings and participates in professional developmental activities as decided jointly by administration

Coordinates physician/provider work activities with staff schedules and ensures that office space, supplies and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care

Coordinates special projects as requested by the Practice Administrator. Helps maintain data on patient satisfaction scores for all sites

Coordinates staffing and coverage issues with the Practice Administrator and Director. Assists with interviewing and corrective action as needed.

Works closely with the Practice Administrator and Director to ensure that site operations and relations are effective and consistent with overall division and Cone Health

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

EXPERIENCE:
3 years healthcare experience, Required
Experience working in a leadership or team lead position and/or outpatient management experience is preferred
