ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ø Responsible for KOL communications of Cardiology and Infectious disease area in respective clinical departments to maintain key accounts and support clinical utilities promotion to achieve sales target
Ø Organize seminars/workshop projects to promote clinical utilities
Ø Work closely with Marketing to close interact with KOLs to build up experts consensus and guideline, develop clinicians awareness for high quality standard of diagnosis technology.
Ø Improve impact on clinical recommendation of diagnostic product quality differentiation for high medical value and high-quality diagnosis product
Ø Competitors information collection and analysis
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (indicate if required or preferred):
Education and Experience
Ø Bachelor degree in Medical Diagnosis or Pharmacy
Ø At least 3 years’ sales or marketing experience in medical device sales or related fields, familiar with Cardiovascular or Infectious products preferred
Knowledge/Skills
Ø Rich KOL management experience and knowledge of products and target markets.
Ø Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ø Strong understanding of end user and market dynamic and requirement
Ø Open and positive attitude
Ø Self-motivation, self-control personal character
Ø Team work spirit with functional department
Ø High level of trust and integrity
