- 100% remote position/telecommuting (work from home, anywhere in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE)
- MAs & FMGs (Foreign Medical Graduates) are welcomed to apply -- ideal position for an FMG who needs to work from home and study for his/her USMLE.
- Includes all remote aspects of our Medical Receptionist positions... remote patient check-in, scheduling, appt reminder calls, etc.
- Addressing and resolving patient concerns with skill and empathy
- Managing patient labs to ensure patients are good to go for their procedures
- Procedure follow-ups and hospitalization follow-ups
- Constant communication with the Proceduralists and Nurse Practitioners
- Participation in our rotating Clinical Hotline after-hours call center.
- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the staff, and to provide supplemental support, as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be in the US Central Time Zone
- English and Spanish fluency required
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.
