We are seeking an experienced professional with significant clinical experience to join our team in the interest of providing exceptional clinical care in a unique practice setting to the women of Western Washington.

Our ideal candidate would have significant supervisory experience, the ability to critically think & innovate, & a capacity to work both independently as well as in an integrated, interdisciplinary setting.

We are seeking someone who is exceptionally keen & alert & has an eye for accuracy. We are also seeking someone who is meticulous, well-organized & internally motivated to perform well in the service of the population we serve.

The responsibilities for our Clinical Coordinator position include:

• Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers & medical professions to ensure patient needs are met
• Using computer software to manage patient care plans, including clinical orders & results with laser-sharp attention to detail & the ability to construct a seamless, consistent reconciliation process, coordinate follow-up appointments & process referrals for patients to specialists as needed
• Masterminding ways to absolutely optimize the already exceptional quality of patient care we provide & maintain its integrity without fail
• Creating efficient systems and workflows within the clinic
• Attending departmental meetings & stay abreast of all initiatives related to the clinic
• Collecting & inputting patient data, insurance information & financial information into EHR
• Managing the clinic budget and ensuring that the facility is well-equipped to provide top tier service while remaining mindful of waste
• Connecting with patients to ensure their needs are being met & resolving any issues or complaints that arise
• Supervising back office clinical staff to ensure protocols are consistently followed & processes implemented without fail as well as to ensure that competencies are consistently met, providing effective constructive feedback & completing regular evaluations

Qualifications for our Clinical Coordinator position include:

• Minimum of 5 years working in a clinical setting
• Minimum of 3 years of proven success in leadership roles
• Excellent computer skills & familiarity with Microsoft Office programs; experience with project management platforms preferred
• Superior interpersonal communication skills & the ability to exercise empathy consistently when working with patients & their families
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• A demonstrated thorough understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws & regulations
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
