MUST LIVE GREATER THAN 100 MILES FROM ASSIGNED HOSPITAL

Required 2 years Acute Care ER RN experience. $95 hourly base rate.

Position fills seasonal needs and floats to multiple hospitals within a commitment timeframe.
BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced ER RN to join our outstanding and compassionate BayCare team.
The Seasonal Pool RN:
  • Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
  • Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
  • Is responsible for professional accountability and development.
  • The CN II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
