What will you be doing?

• Utilize job boards, resume databases, professional associations, and networking to contact potential candidates for our openings via email, text, direct mail, phone and other contact methods
• Serve as the point of contact for clinical department heads regarding candidate activity, recruitment status reports, and open recruitment needs
• Manage full recruitment cycle for all clinical positions
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future needs
• Post and manage jobs within our ATS and ancillary job boards
• Seek out creative strategies to connect with high-caliber talent
• Be an enthusiastic representative of Within Health
• Connect with clinical department heads and head of HR to anticipate talent needs and provide feedback from candidates to ensure Within remains competitive in the market

Experience and qualifications:

• Excellent sourcing skills- knowledge of job boards, databases, etc
• Team player who is able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
• High degree of integrity
• Organized with solid time-management skills
• Professional demeanor
• Strong technology skills to include Excel, Social Media, Job Boards and ATS or CRM
• Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum of 3 years or equivalent of experience in recruiting in the behavioral/mental health field required
• Demonstrated success in a remote work environment strongly preferred
• National healthcare and/or behavioral/mental healthcare recruitment experience required

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
• Must be able to operate a computer and navigate an application within a smart-phone &/or tablet
• Vision required to see computer monitor and smartphone
• This is a work-from-home position. Work should be performed in a private, quiet space with minimal background noise
