We are looking to add a Clinical Services Supervisor who is passionate about providing excellent care to our Pediatrics Department! This supervisor will work as part of the clinical team, performing the clinical and administrative duties necessary to accomplish organizational and patient care goals. Duties include supervising and training the Medical Assistant, CNA, and EMT staff, creating and maintaining the clinic schedule, ensuring smooth clinic flow, and interviewing and hiring new staff when need be ensuring smooth clinic flow, and interviewing and hiring new staff when need be. Other duties include preparing patients for their visit, assisting providers with procedures, performing lab procedures, and administering medications.

This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule is 40 hours per week, generally Monday– Friday, between 8am-5pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certified Nurses' Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician required.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Two to three years of related work experience required.
  • CPR and BLS certification required.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred.
