Join Community Services Group (CSG), a Certified B Corporation, as a Clinical Supervisor for our New Mental Health (MH) Treatment Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) Program in Manheim, PA and find meaning in your work every day. Hiring immediately for this position.

CSG is offering a $1,500 Sign-On-Bonus for this position. The $1,500 will be paid at the successful completion of the 6-month evaluation period.

About the Program:

The Residential Treatment Facility program is 24/7/365 and designed for adolescents ages 14 to 18 years old whose needs cannot be met in a lower level of care or in their primary home and community settings. The program will have space and resources for eight (8) adolescents. Evaluation, assessment and evidence based programming will be offered to stabilize and improve functioning. Individual and family therapy, psychiatric monitoring, educational groups and family and community engagement opportunities will be provided as interventions in the program. Treatment is individualized and builds on adolescent and family strengths, as well as principles of recovery and resiliency and trauma-informed care. The participation of families and other identified community supports is required throughout treatment.

About the Position:

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance and supervision to the children's program staff in the development of overall treatment or service plans. You will work closely with the children's program to ensure individuals receive quality programming and achieve their highest potential. You will also:

  • Serve as a resource to children's programs and provide education and training for continuous improvements on clinical issues.
  • Provide and facilitate emergency and mental illness assessment for individuals.
  • Function as a qualified mental health professional as needed.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in assigned committees.
  • Assist in development and review of clinical aspects of performance for staff performance management plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a master's degree in human services or related field.
  • Licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC).
  • 2 years experience as a clinician in a mental health or child welfare service.
  • Experience providing supervision is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Able to work flexible hours to meet program's needs.
  • Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings and meetings.
  • Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
