The Position

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Behavioral Wellness site in Saint Louis, MO

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of the persons served. They are charged with the management of all clinical staff and will facilitate care that is evidence based and accounting for client needs and preferences. They will align all practices with the mission, vision, and ethical codes of conduct as established by the organization. As a visible and responsible entity of the organization they are expected to conduct all actions in accordance with these standards to ensure the positive public opinion of the organization. They are responsible for performing a wide variety of member care activities as directed by their supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor may be responsible for a caseload when determined necessary. They have responsibility for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources and other service providers as needed. They are responsible for providing supervision to therapists and other staff members as assigned by their supervisor as well as overseeing clinical services provided by the organization and addressing and investigating any clinical issues that occur.

Qualifications:

• Two years of work experience in mental health field preferred

• License to practice clinical discipline in Missouri. (i.e.. LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Clinical Documentation with ASAM Criteria
