We are currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor - HSPP, who will support our mission working with our Clinical Excellence team.

As a member of the Clinical Excellence Team you will be responsible for quality clinical oversight provided to the agency. The Clinical Supervisor - HSPP will provide clinical oversight and direction for their team, playing an integral role in the client experience for those we serve and meeting the overall strategic goals of the organization by developing, coaching, and directing clinical teams in treatment planning and the provision of services. Psychologists may provide psychological/diagnostic testing in an outpatient setting.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure clinical quality and provide clinical oversight to direct care staff
• Provide psychological evaluation and testing as needed
• Provide direction for crisis identification, management, and stabilization
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that serve the best interest of our staff, clients, and organization
• Serve as clinical leadership member in the organization, providing direction and oversight to programs, services and strategic direction of the organization
• Provide individual or group clinical supervision and training opportunities
• Create a positive environment that promotes open communication and building upon the strengths of staff

• Doctorate in Psychology
• HSPP Licensure Required
• Previous leadership experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EHR
• Enjoys working with people; reliable; responsible; self-directed and passionate about the clients we serve; adaptability to change
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel locally
• Monday – Friday, core hours
