RVCC is hiring a salaried Clinical Supervisor to our school counseling team!

As one of the largest providers of school-based therapy in our region, River Valley Counseling Center partners with 11 school districts in Hampshire and Hampden Counties to provide outpatient therapy and mental health care to children and adolescents. We are looking to add a salaried Clinical Supervisor to our school-based counseling team!

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 based on licensure, experience, and other qualifications.

The Requirements:

• You are independently licensed (LMHC or LICSW), and have been for at least three years.

• Must have at least 1-2 years of supervising experience as licensed clinician.

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

The Responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor:

• Provide individual and group supervision to school therapy clinicians.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program and ensure program requirements are being met.

• Communicate regularly with the state and school staff.

• Assess students for risks and determine if a higher level of care is needed.

• May have a small caseload of their own clients.
