Now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants focused on providing care to clients to help them maintain their health and independence. This position will be focused on providing care in the St. Paul area.

Position duties include:

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence. There really is no place like home! You'll be helping families in your community stay in their homes
• Provide care according to the client's Care Plan. This can include recording vitals, grooming, bathing, and assisting with other treatments.
• Building relationships with your clients, and reporting any health concerns to the Nurse Case Manager

Qualifications

Qualified applicants need reliable transportation, are comfortable visiting clients in their home and have a current certification on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
