Job description

The Residence at Oak Grove is a luxurious Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Thomasville, Georgia. The Residence at Oak Grove offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who will provide excellent direct care and first-class customer service to our residents daily. The incumbent will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.

Schedule: Days will vary, weekend availability

Rate of pay: $12.00-$13.50 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts.

License/Certification: Applicable State Certified Nursing Assistant license (required)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have compassion, sensitivity, and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Possess skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and other customers.
  • Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
  • Be punctual with a good attendance record.
  • Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
