We are looking for a few great individuals to join our family of healthcare professionals. View Ridge Care Center is one of the last privately owned and operated skilled nursing communities around. We are a small facility with a mix of rehab and long term care residents. The employees are VRCC are spectacular and work as a team of friends. There is a dynamic food department and a fabulous and fun life enrichment department.

We are currently reviewing CNA and NAR applicants, and scheduling interviews. We are always excited to hire new CNAs and provide a kind and educational environment for your first job. We also offer reimbursement for your CNA class! And if you are pursuing your career in a healthcare related field we offer tuition reimbursement as well.

If you want to work with a fun team, while getting to deliver true resident centered care, we are the company for you! The right candidate will have a great attitude and be willing to deliver superior customer service to our residents and their families.

We are looking to hire CNA or NAR's for our day shift (6am-2pm), evening shift (2pm to 10pm), and NOC shift (10pm to 6am). We are happy to accommodate flexible schedules for our CNA/NARs or job sharing and are hiring for Full-time, Part-time, double shifts, weekend only and On-call CNA/NAR positions. We are always willing to accommodate students!

An applicant must have a current CNA/NAR license, be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We are also working with local schools as a facility for NARs to complete their 50 hours of training. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview, we also reimburse for the CNA class if we are your first employer after you have completed the class. We also reimburse annually for the cost of your license and offer many other benefits such as CPR classes and tuition reimbursement.
