As part of the TNC Team, you will make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in TNC Community’s beautiful homes, with 12 locations in Independence, Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, and Raytown.

* Must be at least 18 years of age.

* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to clear background check and drug/alcohol screenings as required.

* Must participate in all mandatory training and re-certifications as required.

* Must have a VALID driver’s license and obtain a Class E Missouri driver’s license within 30 days.

* Ability to lift 75 pounds (weight may vary)

* Be familiar with and able to utilize a computer.

Starting at $15-$20 per hour based on certifications (L1MA, CPR/First Aide, CNA, Class E driver’s license) and experience
