Job Details

Currently they are looking for a CNC Manager who can work the first shift from their location in Moncks Corner, SC and manage a team of 7 direct reports including Operators and Material Handlers.
This person does not have to be an expert in the following machinery however they do need to at least have some working knowledge of them.
CNC Operations:
o CNC Fiberglass Cutting Table
o Used to cut a variety of fiberglass products (different widths/thicknesses/strand orientation)
o Input is 2D .dxf files (w/ cutting and inking layers)
o Table has cutter head as well as an inkjet to mark part #s on part
o 3-axis CNC Router
o Used to cut a variety of foam core, PET, and PVC plastic substrates
o Automated tool changer
o Input is G-Code files generated from Rhino 3D models and RhinoCAM plug-in
o Equipped with vacuum hold-down on table and dust collection at spindle
