FULL TIME:
6:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday
6:30 am - 3:00 pm Fridays as needed

JOB SUMMARY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Setup repeat and new CNC programs on CNC lathes.
• Minimum 5 years experience in setting up 2Ax machines.
• Ability to read drawings, inspect own work, verify cutting tool condition, make offset adjustments, interpret and carry out instructions typically found on Travelers, Set-up Instructions, Tool Lists, procedures, and other work instructions.
• Working knowledge of CNC lathes including basic machine control operation of cycle start, feed hold, emergency stop, single block, feed override and G-Code editing.
• Working knowledge of various cutting tools such as endmills, drills, taps etc.
• Working knowledge of precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, depth micrometers, etc.
• Ability to read and understand drawings containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
