Hiring CNC Operators Immediately - 1st Shift!
API Heat Transfer is looking for people who enjoy being part of transformation. We have a new mission, new leaders, and are accelerating our path to Lean Cultural Change. Our Production team is expanding and we are seeking an additional CNC Operator - First Shift in Racine.

** Ryde Racine: We are located on the following Ryde the Bus routes: Route 1, Route 4, and Route 86 (at 21st & Roosevelt Ave). **
- Starting Hourly Rate $24.00
- $5000 dollar retention fee after one year of service

The CNC Operator requirements include but are not limited to Set-Up and operation of the following machinery:
- CNC Lathe: Tool Setting, Fixture set-up, Minor programming adjustment, Inspection, Operator preventative maintenance.
- CNC Milling Center: Tool setting, Fixture set up, Minor programming adjustment, Inspection, Operator preventative maintenance.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Comply with all API Heat Transfer policies for behavior within the workplace
- Comply with all of the ISO 9001 Quality Standards, policies and procedures of API Heat Transfer.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with two years minimum of related combined experience.
- Basic set up experience on lathes and/or Machining centers
- Ability to read and alter programs
