Under direct supervision of the Director of Engineering, the CNC Programmer will be responsible of the daily operations of the stockroom.

Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities

• Program machines with WoodWop, CutRite, Router CIM Automation Suite, etc.
• Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and other date and then perform all the necessary calculations
• Write new programs and modify existing programs
• Ensure that the machines and programs operate correctly and that finished parts and products meet specifications

Skills/Qualifications:

• 1+years of experience with CNC programming software required: Wood Wop, Cutrite and RouterCM Automation Suite preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD required
• Ability to read a cultist
• Knowledge of wood materials required
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems required
• Experience with 3D Software such as Solidworks or Solid Edge experience preferred
• Able to work Saturdays as needed
• Follow procedures in company handbook and other documents
• Maintain professional attitude when approaching work assignments and interacting with co-workers
• Displays a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks
• Assists in developing timely solutions to problems
• Maintain outstanding attendance
• Must be able to work at fast, steady pace to meet goals.

Experience and Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions and physical requirements:
Working conditions are normal for a plant environment. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time. Use hands and fingers, able to bend, reach hand over shoulders, climb, crawl, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
