The Coffee Shop Attendant will assist the guests with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 One year restaurant experience.
 Good food and service knowledge.
 Pleasant personality.
 Excellent communication skills.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Take guest’s order in a professional manner. Prepare drinks per customer orders. Stock coffee station, display cases, and refrigerators. Clean the coffee shop as needed, including wiping counters, sweep and mop floor and rearrange display cases. Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges and credit card charges according to procedures.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.

ENVIRONMENT:

Well lit, with comfortable air ventilation.
