Position Summary:

In this role, you will communicate with Merchants to identify their unique situation as it pertains to their repayment of an account for our client.

We only have commercial accounts, no retail collection accounts. That means we are not regulated by the FDCPA. We want you to be an individual and NOT a scripted robot.

We are professional and treat the Merchants with respect and understanding. We do things differently and it shows in our 4.9 Star Google rating.

Key Responsibilities:

· Call, text, and email Merchants to set up a sustainable repayment plans.

· Document communications with Merchants accurately .

· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines dealing with debt collection.
