Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers on outstanding invoices, identify problems, correct discrepancies, resolve issues and expedite delayed payments
• Provide customers with information needed to make payments (i.e. invoices copies, POD’s, freight bills, credit memos)
• Research discrepancies to resolve short payments, unapplied payments and/or credits
• Process and apply all credit card transactions to customer accounts
• Negotiate payment plans for delinquent customers
