Details:
- Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and brings to a final resolution complex and severe litigation and attorney represented casualty claims.
- Adjusts casualty claims of complex and severe nature requiring investigation , liability evaluation and negotiation.
- Supervises the activities of defense counsel to expedite settlement.
- Responsible for the disposition of claims in accordance with Best Claims practices
Requirements:
- Must have litigation and arbitration experience as well as have commercial trucking experience
- Triaging files as needed and moving things on to leadership
- Will be working on injury evaluation and settlement rationale
- Able to digest large amounts of data
Location: Remote - Must adhere to EST
Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Commercial Trucking experience
- Litigation experience
