FCR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE is an approved vendor with Memorial Hermann ,St Lukes healthcare, and St .Joseph healthcare . We are looking for individuals for (FULL & PART TIME EMPLOYMENT). WORK WILL BE IN NAVASOTA at St.Joseph Navasota hospital . MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO THESE AREAS IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE WITH YOUR OWN TOOLS. PREFERABLY LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES LIVING IN THESE AREAS OR NEAR BY SUCH AS TOMBALL OR GREATER NORTHWEST HOUSTON AREA. We are looking for individuals to work in a healthcare and commercial environment. The individual must have tools of the trade and dependable transportation (truck) preferably no felonies, clean cut, tattoos must be covered, no earrings, nose rings or lip rings on the job. MUST FOLLOW HOSPITAL SAFETY PROTOCOLS . PERFER EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL PAINTERS. Please don't waste my time must know all paint applications. Such as Brush,Roll and Spray besides painting you will sometimes do metal framing, hanging sheetrock, tape and floating and installing acrovin, carpet squares, installing cove base, set up and take down dust control containment,-set up and take down and work negative air equipment, and light carpentry. Work is mostly day shift M-F but must be flexible to work weekends and different shifts when needed, you will be working at healthcare facilities around Houston must be professional and follow hospital safety regulations at all times. Prefer workers with a previous healthcare work experience in the Houston area. Drug free and tobacco free environment. Our company randomly drug test our contractors and runs background checks on new applicants.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH . Must live in the Houston Texas area .
