Job description
- Supervising ground-up commercial and retail projects such as Targets, TD Banks, multi-family etc.
- First main project starts in January but can train in their office for 2-3 weeks before.
- Needs experience with $10M+ ground up projects
- Will coordinate all trades
- Must know Procore
- Computer Savvy
- Will work in the Boston area only, no out of state travel, all work within 1-1.5 hour drive time.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Reliable transportation
