EPI Breads is currently hiring a highly skilled, experiencedself-starter Commercial HVAC/R technician with manufacturing experience.

Duties include setting up, operating, diagnosing, repairing, and testing of Industrial Fluid Process heating and Cooling Equipment. Thorough understanding of electrical theory, refrigeration, pneumatic/hydraulics required.

Commercial Ice Machine experience a major plus!

Commercial HVAC/R technician Daily Responsibilities:

• Operates and maintains building air handling units, refrigeration machinery, auxiliary equipment, and other plant operating conditions necessary to meet plant’s needs.
• Observe and adjust related valves, switches, recorders, charts, indicators, and thermometers for control purposes.
• Keep logs of and maintain required conditions throughout assigned areas, anticipate, and detect equipment failure and locate trouble or faulty equipment and make necessary adjustments, replacements, or tear down for repairs to prevent loss in scientific media, research, or manufacturing.
• May be assigned to install, periodically monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, repair or upgrade building automation systems.
• Works with minimal supervision in a team-based environment while maintaining knowledge of, and compliance with, all applicable codes, regulations, SOP's, and work instructions as required.

Commercial HVAC/R technician Job Qualifications:

• Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician: 3 years +
• 1-3 years min. industrial/commercial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• At least 2 years of verifiable HVAC work experience is preferred.
• Graduate of an HVAC Technical School preferred.
• Ability to perform all fields of facilities maintenance troubleshooting is a must.
• Maintenance repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, architectural, structural, and other facility systems and components.

Compensation Base on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
