Commercial Lines Account Manager
We are growing rapidly with exciting developments and territory expansions! Commercial Lines Account Managers help build and foster client relationships in support of Risk Advisor’s efforts to retain accounts. An unwavering commitment to high-quality customer service is a commonly found trait amongst our Commercial Account Managers. A Commercial Lines Account Manager has in-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and is able to give sound advice to a wide range of clientele.

Essential Functions of this role
- Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations and professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear
- Provide quality external customer service (clients and insurance carriers) by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear
- Manage policies by applying knowledge, solving problems and communicating
- Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met
- Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data
Qualifications
- Current Property and Casualty license or required within three months of becoming a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations
- Professional Demeanor
- Positive work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to recognize urgent needs
- Flexible with high attention to detail
- High School Diploma
